AI is how we build, and what we build
Analogue is an independent build team in the Algarve, Portugal. We use AI through the whole build — scoping, writing the code, testing it — and we put it inside what we hand over, in the places your workflow still needs a person to read, sort or decide.
That is what makes the timescale weeks instead of quarters. One working tool for one real workflow, in production — not a year-long programme.
The discovery call is free. The price is agreed together afterwards, per phase, once scope is clear — fixed price, no hourly rate. You own the code.
We build with Lovable, Claude and n8n rather than a bespoke stack for every project. That is why a working tool lands in weeks instead of months. Either way, the code stays in your repository.
