Privacy Policy
This policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit this website or contact us. We are the data controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Who we are

What data we collect
Contact data you send us voluntarily: name, company, email address, website and the content of your message or pricing request.
Technical data processed automatically when the site is served: IP address, browser type, referring page and timestamps, kept in short-lived server logs for security and reliability.
We do not knowingly collect special categories of personal data and we do not sell personal data.
Why we use it and on what legal basis
To answer enquiries and prepare proposals — legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
To keep the website secure and working — legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
To meet accounting and tax obligations once we work together — legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Sharing and processors
We share data only with service providers that help us run the business — website hosting, email delivery and accounting — under written processing agreements, and with authorities where the law requires it.
Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. Contract and invoicing records are kept for 10 years, as required by Portuguese law. Server logs are rotated within 30 days.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to hello@analoguedev.com and we will reply within one month.
