Problem
Portuguese construction firms rebuild the same estimate from scratch every time. Chapters, descriptions and unit prices live in old files and in the head of whoever wrote the last quote, so a proposal takes days and two estimators price the same job differently.
Approach
We built a quoting workspace around each company's own history: accepted estimates become a private knowledge base, and an AI assistant drafts chapters, item descriptions and prices from it for a human to review line by line. Around that sit clients, budget versions, planning and a printable budget document, with data kept in the EU and GDPR in mind.
Outcome
Nexobra is live at nexobra.pt and currently in beta, open to construction companies testing it with their real quotes. Access is by application while we work through beta feedback.
